Our private duty nurses are either licensed practical nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs). They’re trained, certified, and experienced in performing the following advanced medical tasks:

• Assisting with personal medical care including oral cavity cleaning, nail trimming, and bowel program supervision
• Administering all prescribed medications including inhalants, eye drops, injections, and topical and oral medications
• Establishing and maintaining a medication schedule, including the use of weekly pill boxes or automatic dispensers
• Tracking oxygen levels, using heart monitors, and other advanced in-home equipment
• Urinary catheter maintenance and colostomy care
• Providing advanced care training for family members
